Licensed Immigration Advisers

You will be responsible for providing advice on a variety of immigration matters, meeting with clients to ascertain their immigration needs, preparing visa applications with a range of complexity, working with employers, and ensuring statutory compliance.

You will need:

Immigration Advisers Licence

Excellent verbal and written communication

Be accountable for your visa applications and clients, and maintain an effective professional relationship with them, with regular follow-ups

Be able to train other staff on documentation and application preparation, and close knowledge gaps as they arise and maintain your CPD

Team Manager (Visa Processing)

A key focus of this role is the ensuring of effective outcomes for the visa processing team as well as working closely with senior management to implement their vision.

Business Development and Sales Professional

We are looking for a proactive, motivated, loyal and mature sales professional to identify new business opportunities, develop and build on new and existing relationships. This is a newly created role so you get to make this role your own define your impact.

The Role

You will be approaching employers and other stakeholders who hire or recruit migrants and require immigration services. You need to be able to identify the most effective avenues for growth and utilise the best selling approach on a case-by-case basis. A key area of focus is to support the management team with analysis of business strategy, including researching new opportunities.

You

Highly experienced in the B2B environment with the proven ability to generate and close leads. They should have strong pipeline management skills and commercial acumen. Be able to work with a range of cultures, as a part of the team and autonomously. We want a high performer who takes a lot of initiative, and has a good understanding of New Zealand legislation.

What you must know

This industry is highly regulated, as such, in order to be in a position to give immigration advice, you will be required to obtain your Immigration Advisers Licence during your employment.
