Working with Aims Global Immigration Advisers - A Partnership Visa Approval

10 August 2021

A partnership-based visa had been declined TWICE by NZ Immigration officers due to concerns around the relationship’s stability, credibility, and genuineness. They received a hefty PPI concern letter with a variety of issues including doubts on the genuineness and stability of the relationship, and bona fide genuine intentions. Our clients had almost lost hope and had even bought a house in India because they thought they might have to settle there.

But every cloud has a silver lining. Our Auckland-based senior Licensed Immigration Adviser – Mehak stepped in, requested a full file for both the Principal Applicant and Supporting Partner under the Official Information Act, and was granted historical information and communications from the client’s previously submitted applications. She then gave a robust, detailed, and extensive response to the concerns, proving that the couple were in fact in a genuine and stable relationship. After multiple follow ups with strong compelling arguments backed with evidence, eventually, the visa was finally approved.

The client says: “My husband and I would like to thank the whole team of Aims Global Immigration & Education Services for helping us to achieve our goal of getting our approval for a partnership visitor visa. We were full of doubts, questions and really didn’t know where to start with the whole process because everything seemed difficult and long. However, they were very supportive and gave us the necessary guidance throughout the process. All of our inquiries were always properly responded to and now we are finally reunited in New Zealand, with my husband, and living our new life here.  Special thanks to all Aims Global team for helping us to achieve this!”
